Quite a number of the Pinheads, including Ken, do this kind of work for a
living.  It's not for me, or you I guess, but somebody's gotta do it....

I have noticed that heights bother me less as I have gotten older.  A
couple summers ago, I took the old glass-windowed manual elevator to the
top of the Philadelphia City Hall tower, then climbed the stairs to the
observation deck that rings Billy Penn's feet, and walked all the way
around the deck several times, looking at the city.
