First of all, you need to update InoculateIT, your version is waaaay behind!
Lately I have not been getting a list of files not scanned. I don't know if
this is some kind of improvement with InoculateIT, or what. In the past, I
had files not scanned and sought them out and scanned them manually. Just
make a note of the paths, look up the file, right click on the file and
choose InnoculateIT from the drop-down menu. It will scan the file.
