Thanks for telling the list that MS hasn't eliminated that loophole in their march to make us pay for everything twice or three times.  Demetri, it looks like you can save yourself that extra $100 by buying the XP upgrade CD instead of the XP Full install as long as you have a CD with a full install of a previous Win 98 (not Win 95, per a previous listing) or 2K. I'm pretty sure the previous OS has to be a full install CD, not an upgrade CD.
