On my PC Chips Motherboard I had to swap pins around in the
connectors to get the two USB ports wired to the correct
connector positions. However, Windows found the ports and
installed the drivers correctly even with them wired wrong
(using standard header cables). Do the ports show up in
 Device Manager?

If memory serves me correctly, there are different pin-outs

MB USB connectors and you need different models for

Anyone have any tips on how I can get an Alton V694D MB to
recognize the extra usb ports you can add via the MoBo?
Mother Board is also called a PC Chips M790MR
MotherBoard. Went into bios and selected the setting for
the MB to see all usb ports but unit will not see the 2
 new usb ports?
