its not muscle fat either, since its not in the muscle, but outside of it.
this must be subcutaneous fat. if you dont eat cavity fat or marrow you get
the style from this fat.

a very long time ago, man invented something called "sharp stick." also
called "spear." With this he hunted fish. he also used fish poison from any
local saponin-containing plant. any saponin will do. i agree they did not
have long-liners.

well now we know that's not true. since fat of any description from
mammals - tallow, marrow, depot fat, mucle fat, subcutaneous fat, brain
fat - has less Om6 than olive, we can it all. and get all the Om3 we need
from oily fish, flesh oils of oily fish, and liver oils of oily fish, just
as did our paleo forebears.
