I had not heard that information about most canola oil being deodorized which
removes the omega-3s.  But I have never used this oil, mostly because it hasn't
been around very long and I prefer to stick with good olive oils.  It's not
paleo but I also use ghee (makes FABULOUS omelets) for cooking sometimes.

I like the idea of eating grass-fed beef or game since any fat that you eat from
them will have a much better omega3 to omega 6 ratio.
