Hi,
Due to computer overuse I have RSI symptoms for some time now. Tried a lot
of things, some help some don't. One thing that DOES help reduce
inflammation a lot is ginger tea. Cross-friction massage also works great.
I have read that some folks with arthritis and other tissue degenerative
things got a lot better after they adopted Paleo.. I was wondering if there
were any folks, esp. computer folks who found their symptoms got better or
went away after they changed their diet.
