That's right, it's the fruits and nuts that do it to me.
I have worked out for 10 years and hated every minute of it. I love
working hard, physical labour can be great but I hate going to the gym
and working out. So it will be cutting carbs and feasting on meats and
veggies...
Counting calories still strikes me as odd after reading Light's Out.
More walks with the dog will do just as nice I hope ;-)
