Unfortunately I'm unaware of any agency elsewhere which is similar to THROUGH
THE LOOKING GLASS.  You could do an online search on GOOGLE or other search
engine for "parents with disabilities".
Offhand I'm aware of these that are online:
1.  club on Yahoo called "Moms & Dads with Cerebral Palsy"
