I did a low carb diet w/high fat and protein for over a year...I was never
able to exercise at a higher intensity on a regular basis. I ran out of
gas...couldn't lift heavier weights or do more than 10 mins of vigorous
aerobic activity. Also would feel exhaused after a workout. Once I increased
carb levels to 150-200 gr. a day I felt much better and got better results
from my weight training.
