Dear list,
I have been gluten free for nearly 10 years. I recently underwent a
liver transplant. At my last visit to my transplant team , I was told
that liver disease can sometimes mimic the celiac condition.
The Dr. wants me to go on a gluten challenge to find out if I can
tolerate wheat products again.
What is the best method for reintroducing gluten products again.
Starting out slowly with just a cracker then introducing more. Or going
out and having several of my old "favorites" and seeing what happens.
Any suggestions?
