The Toxin Philosophy is based on the idea of Nerve Energy. Lack of which
equals Enervation. Enervation impairs normal body function. The assimilation
of food stuff into cell structure is one such function. Clearing the body of
spent cells is another. For the body functions to work properly an adequate
amount of nervous energy is necessary.
It is entirely plausible that due to Enervation it is not possible for the
body to assimilate Vitamins, Minerals, etc. supplied to it.
Modern life is Enervating, the SAD diet is Enervating and Poisonous. Most
people are Enervated to one degree or another.
I believe it to be a fact, that most apparent Ill Health is caused by
Enervation and the pursuant Toxemia and not deficiency. I don't deny the
existence of Deficiency complications. I do however question their place in
the hierarchy of things.
When authors such as Shelton, Trall, Jennings, Tilden, Weger and others,
speak of 'food' I believe they mean just that. Food. Substance that can be
changed into cell structure and utilized by the normal processes of the body.
Substances that are minus important Vitamins, Minerals etc. should not be
considered 'food'. We are in the habit of calling many things 'food' which
are in fact non-foods.
Food, substances that are full of the necessary Vitamins, Minerals etc. are
paramount for the maintenance of a healthy body, as is a well balanced diet.
I believe however, Enervation to be a more fundamental foe than deficiency.
Without the requisite amount of nervous energy all the nutriment in the world
means little.
