Food is substance that can be assimilated into the cell structure.
Food is Nutrient.
Food is mentioned many times.
Poison is anything that cannot be assimilated into the cell structure.
Poison is non-food.
Poison is mentioned many times.
I see your point but I believe you are being rather 'harsh' with Dr. Tilden.
What you believe Tilden left out was later filled in by Shelton.
Tilden was not, by the way, the originator of the toxin philosophy.
The position of the Toxin Philosophy is clear in regards to Nutrition.
To ingest non-nutrient is to poison.
What would you have Tilden say about 'Nutrition'?
