I agree. :-)

Lucky me - not living in America! ;-)

Nude? Right now? If so, would you be willing to pay my and my family`s
travelling expenses to the tropics? :-)

So, you are talking about `the truth`. Let me tell you my point of
view.
When I was younger I _wanted_ to believe that raw vegan diet is
"omnipotent". Now, I have learned that there`s not just one truth as far
as diet is concerned - and let me confess: I`m still a little disappointed.
I am a christian and know from the Bible that in the very beginning man
was a vegan rawfooder. After the flood God gave us also animals to eat. I
don`t know why He did that but I`ll ask Him one day. :-)
Some years ago I saw a rawfoodist couple giving a lecture about health effects
of living food diet. Beforehand I expected them to be living testimonies of what
they were talking about - but no, they weren`t. They seemed to suffer from
anorexia. A healthy person doesn`t look sick, does s/he?
Another example. My mother is 72, but looks younger (with no grey hair
yet). She`s omnivorous; eats a lot of veggies, berries and fruits and
also cooked meat almost every day. She has regular habits with long
walks every day. She`s never had troubles with her health, nor she
use any medicines. She is a warmhearted and modest woman with humble
attitude towards life. I know I have much to learn from her.
I`m doing _my_ best to give them love and care - like every mother does.
And like every mother, I also make mistakes. Feeding my children with some
cooked foods is certainly not a major mistake, or what do you think?
