No, I'm not too afraid of fats anymore.  Geez, sometimes I feel like a
superstitious aborigine, changing beliefs with every breeze.  But I
realize even a primitive persons beliefs are more stable than modern
dietary trends!  Seriously though, I've been running a path similar to
Ward's as I too was very affected by "Paleolithic Prescription".

Oh, I see what you mean.  Hmmm, that does seem in conflict, doesn't it?
My thinking is that I'd like to steer away from grains and towards more
raw fruits, vegetables and animal foods.  I seem to be lactose tolerant,
so I've been consuming some raw cow's milk and cheese.
