Many thanks to all those who replied to my question about nuts and
enzymes.  They were highly informative.  I had heard about soaking nuts
before but the reason always escaped me.  I'm constantly amazed at the
usefulness of this list and the quality of the responses.  Most of you can
take credit for that, especially Bob Avery.  This list is the greatest!
