FSB = Front Side Bus and the numbers are in MHz. 33, 66, 100. 133, etc.
This is the first thing I look at when planning on buying a mother board.
The higher FSB speed , the faster the machine runs.
for instance: a PIII needs a 100 FSB, but a Celeron uses 66 FSB.
