At the moment I'm again (it's becoming my Paleohobby ;) trying to shift my
diet into high fat diet. So far so good.
I reduced my protein intake more than by half but I didn't noticed any
muscle loss or strength loss in the gym.
After a month a managed to lower my calorie intake by 1000 kcal (from 4000
to below 3000 kcal) without feeling hungry, lower energy, loosing muscle
mass etc.
My endurance increased.
And I agree with Dori sex drive gets crazy (starting from the high anyway);)
It's only month so I will see what will happen next but so far it works
fine.
And I think that high fat diet requires different micronutritions and I read
that actually on a high fat diet your requirements for them are much lower
than on a high carb diet.
