I'm new to this list. I've been lurking for a few weeks. So here goes my
first post:
Common names do vary a lot. I've seen Chenopodium sp. called lambsquarters,
pigweed, goosefoot, and epazote. I've seen Amaranthus sp. called amaranth
and pigweed. From what I've read, there are several other plants commonly
called pigweed, depending on local common names.
