water and proteins)
4% butyric
2% caproic
1% caprylic
2% capric
3% lauric
12% myristic
26% palmitic
12% stearic
2% palmitoleic
28% oleic
3% linoleic
less than 1% alpha-linoleic
and 2 to 3% odd-chain fatty acids
oh and supposedly grass fed cows butter contains more vit A and conjugated
linoleic
