Greetings,
I find that when I consume Splenda I get a funny feeling and an aftertaste
in my mouth. Then it starts to make me hyper. Generally I prefer raw (
unheated ) honey as it has no effect on me no matter how much of it I
consume. I tend to be quite sensitive to chemicals in general so this does
not surprise me.

I would avoid it for long term health. But that is just my personal
opinion. :-)

Does anyone know anything about Sucralose-Splenda? Is it natural or a bad
chemical mix?
How non-paleo is it? :-)
