Hey, great website. I don't have to consult the butcher, after all.
Website says Coleman are grass-fed, free-range for the first 12 to 18
months, then grain fed for the last 100 - 120 days of their lives. They are
certified pesticide, fertilizer, hormone, and antibiotic-free. I still find
this to be an acceptable compromise. I can't hunt or fish. I live in the
desert and I don't like cacti. I suppose I could try to catch rabbits and
foxes, but there really aren't as many of them around as there should be.
However, if someone knows of a totally free-range, no-grain-fed brand of
meat, please let me know.
Thanks for your ears.
