On a different subject, my milk and whey allergic 3 year old LOVES macaroni and cheese -- really, anything starchy and/or cheesy. Does anyone know of an alternative to mac n cheese for this little guy? Also, how do you handle the guilt of not giving your other children foods that they love b/c their brother can't eat them? Either way, it seems so unfair to someone! \
Thanks - Liam's Mom

Whatever you use, just be sure the pressure is gentle enough. I have a friend that found that using the bottles that bottled water come in worked better for her than a netti pot, but I would think you'd want to be very careful squeezing something like that.
I often ad a bit of pickling salt or white vinegar to my distilled water. It's been the best for immediate relief of sinuses & the coughing & other junk that goes with it all. :(
