BTW, I checked the box of Froot Loops this a.m. at the grocery store.
While the ingredient list does not include milk (or at least no obvious
reference to it), the front of the box includes a K-D ...so I'm assuming they
are indeed produced on equipment that is used to make something else with
dairy.
We have steered clear of it because of that.
However, last year, the kids in my son's kindergarten class were making
necklaces of Froot Loops. The teacher approached me ahead of time and I
offered to find a safe alternative. Luckily, the store brand of the exact
same kind of cereal did not contain milk. So, check store brands.....
