Yeah, well, I for one don't remember having heard about any Canuck
consultants having been dragged southwards across the border to teach
elocution, clear thought, spelling, or anything else to W, Quayle or any of
our other governmental geniuses. And while we're at it, I don't imagine
Clinton's first sex ed teacher was from up there, either (whatever happened
to that sister of his, anyway?).
