Hi Scott,

I use a logging program called Xmlog. it is windows based and is free ware.
You can find it at

http://www.xmlog.com

While it doesn't read everything ok, it certainly does ok on logging fields.
My only complaint is that it doesn't read down the list of log entries when
you bring them up to display the entire log. I haven't worked with JFW much
yet to see if I can improve this but will try to look at it this winter.
One nice feature is that when you have the packet window monitoring a dx
cluster and when a new dx spot comes in, it will announce the spot either in
voice or cw; and, I can set the jaws cursor on the frequency, use the mouse
key to double click it and my radio will move there. It also picks up
frequency and mode from the radio and automatically includes them in the log
entry when you add a station.

Good luck in your search. 73
