installed mobo, etc, system ran (Ran Several times, used Internet was
using it, at  time of error),
got virus message,  removed some file ???
system will not boot get ERROR MESSAGE
ERROR MESSAGE is :  " ntlr is missing"?
Tryed another hd+system,  system booted.
Question WHAT Is  " ntlr is Misssing "??
What to DO,  What to DO.
