That would be a PLCC sockect, and the tool I use is a small flat
screwdriver. You can go and get the "correct" tool but I've found that by
being careful a good old screwdriver works just as well. Dental tools work
well too, if you have access to them (I find dental tools are GREAT for alot
of different types of electronic's work). TTYL
