Recently I installed a new mother board Asua A7M266. Everything is working good with one exception, when I try to restart Windows ME, restarts hangs. WinME attempts to re- start but fails to reboot. Does anyone know the files that control the restart process? So I could possibly replace or repair the files if necessary. This problem  may not be related to bad or missing files, I'm not sure. Any advice would be appreciated.
