I have been on the paleo way of eating for about three years. I have not
perfectly or strictly followed the path.
I have lost about 140 pounds ( 42% of my body weight ) following this plan.
I use this Paleolithic Eating Support List, Overeaters Anonymous, therapy,
and friends for support to stay on the paleo way.
I used to love pasta and anything with wheat flour but now I don't miss it
at all. I am certain that I have an addictive allergy to wheat. Other
Neolithic foods have caused me trouble also.
Best of luck in your endeavors with the paleo way.
Michael
