This is really scary to me; think of all the different diets people in
hospitals have to be on. Admitedly this one is more complicated than many
of them, but a hospital kitchen, of all places, has a responsibility to
carry out different diets on a daily basis. It's probably wisest to bring
your own food, but not everybody can do this. If you've brought your
child to a hospital away from home or can't get back and forth for some
reason, what do you do? I'm not minimizing the difficulties for
unaccustomed people, but I still think that coming from a hospital, this
should be scary for anybody on a special diet.

Cheryl
