Someone who wrote to Paris suggested testing her child who has some
gluten intolerance symptoms to find out if the child has celiac disease.
If Paris believes her child has gluten intolerance that is solved with
dietary changes, shouldn't she continue keeping the child gluten-free in
hopes it doesn't develop into villi damage and fullblown celiac disease?

My understanding is that these are two different stages of gluten
intolerance. Why run the risk of CD if you don't have to?
