I recently made a batch of pretzels using Bette Hagman's recipe from "More
from the Gluten-Free Gourmet" for our local Celiac Support Group meeting.
Everyone who tried them thought they tasted like those that they remembered.
I don't have CD and found them to be quite good. I used a disposable pastry
bag, instead of a plastic bag, with a small tip to squeeze them into
"pretzel" shapes. The thinner and crunchier the better!
