hi,
here is the way I did this.
1. go to http://www.qrz.com
2. press insert+f7 to bring up the list of links. (this is assumming you
are using jfw and ie)

3. arrow down to name search and press enter.
4. when the page loads scroll down to the second edit box.  It will say
that you can put anything in the box but call signs are excluded from the
search.

5. fill in you're information and press enter
when the page loads scroll down really far untill you find the information.
