We have earned all the rights and responsibilities of other equally
lisenced operators.  VE work is done in teams.  Teams share function and
responsibilities.  I fully encourage and support you in becomming a VE.
k9bob in Green Bay has been doing it for years, including giving probably
hundreds of novice tests.  He is a total, used to be on the list.
