The two addresses are:

You send the PDF document as an attached file. Supposedly, there's a way
you can point to a PDF file that's on the net, but I've never actually tried
this method.

I had an email , can't remember it now, pdf2txt was the first part
where you could send it an url pointing to a pdf file, but I never got
anything back any time I tried to use it.
Got the emails for these two?
NOt running jaws, not planning to in the near future.
