You can export the file to text provided it is actual text on the screen and
not a scanned image in pdf format.  Then you can do whatever editing you
want to put the file in a more readable format for your needs.

Also keep in mind that the latest versions of both Jaws and Window-eyes
support reading pdf document using acrobat reader version 5.
