I spoke to H.R.O.'s Anaheim store yesterday and the price of the
T.H.F.6.-A. has come down from $389.00 and change to $329.00 and
change. He said that Kenwood dropped the price on it last week.

He also told me he knew of no newer generation radio of its type
coming out, but usually when the price drops that is an
indication that something is coming. I just thought those of you
who might be considering a purchase of that radio would like to
know.

The rep also informed me that they don't sell the programmable
software for it; that you have to download it from the Kenwood web
site.

There is another ham retailer in Pennsylvania but I can't
remember the name of that outlet. 73.
