Hi JKohn,

I use a tuning aid across the SWR meter. But, I also have the P2000 device
that Gary Jackson on this list sold which gives the SWR, etc as CW output.

Subject: audio tuning devices for vswr

Hi all de w2qcy

Just throwing out a question. What kinds of devices to those folks using
external antenna tuners or tuning amplifiers use for audio indication of
vswr or power out?

Have a device I use here which is based on field strength but after doing
some antenna work putting up a b/n/w all band dipole I notice there is less
indication of rf on the device, presumably due to more going out in to the
antenna.

Thanks for any help.

John
