Hi Bret,
         I also have a 4 alarm watch from Radio Shack.  In fact, I have two
models.  One is plastic and light, the other is stainless steel and weights
almost a quarter of a pound.  I enjoy using the stopwatch.  My father uses
the 4 alarms to let him know when to take meds.  Both watches were $20.
