I get the same thing when there is a problem with the cable internet
service, they block my email lists, this, yahoogroups ETC. and then when I
call, the problem must be on my end,  well then 2 hours later mysteriously,
the problem is gone.  I never change a thing, it's at the point now where I
make sure I'm in a bad mood before I call them on anything  lol.
