My answer is that there is no simple calculaltion
Note:
In calculating power at 60 Hz it is easy since we are dealing with a sine
wave. At RF frequencies the wave is complex and not readily amenable to
calculation
Line losses get in the way especially if antenna is not perfectly resonating
Antenna resonance affects the radiated power
Antenna gain gets in the way
With a perfect transmission line and 1:1 antenna gain I vaguely recall
someone telling me the effective radiated power for a 100 watt SSB
tranxmission was in the range of 20 wattas but my memory may be defective
