No, the default repeater offsets are listed in the manual. It is plus 5 MHz
on 440, minus 600KHz on the 145.1 to 145.49 and 146.6 to 146.99 repeater
segments, and plus 600 KHz on the 147.00 to 147.38 segment.

Harvey, as to a repeater having a reverse offset, that is easily handled by
pressing the function key with the number 8. That cycles you through
simplex being the low tone, then minus, then plus offset. So, if you had an
oddball, you could just change the offset from what is standard. And, then,
of course, if you have a repeater that doesn't have a standard spacing of
600 KHz on 2m, 1.6 MHz on 220 or 5 MHz on 440, you can always go and program
a non-standard offset and save it to memory.
