A while back someone posted a very short step by step note on how to
enter a repeater frequency and subtone into the th-f6a.  I thought I kept
that note, but may have lost it in the shell crash.  I'm going to the
store today to play with one, and while I could probably eventually figure
it out, would be nice to have 1 2 3 step by step thing just to give it a
shot on the local repeater.
