Roy,  I think that is not too bad of an idea.  the integrity is possibly better protected that way an less documentation for the VE team.  

I do recall attempting the General and also taking a commercial radio telephone exam and at that time before the FCC they did not care about the credentials of the reader, just that there was assurance that the reader was not giving me the answers etc.
