Hi There,

I have an old icom that is about twelve years old. It is the grand daddy
to a lot of RadioShack's two meter handhelds. It has three thumb wheels
and a switch that sets either five KH or zero. It has the pluss and minus
ofset, and it has a simplex-duplex switch. It also has the phonepad, but
one can't dial up frequencies with it. However, one can call up a repeter
and also use the phone patch that many repeters have. It is an old brick
that can do much, but I don't see how fine frequency setting is possible.
Bright blessings,
Ray
