I agree with Anthony.  While I haven't been in the new rig market for a
while, my personal experience and observation of the experiences of others
lead me to the same conclusion ... Kenwood is about as good as it gets.
This isn't to denigrate Icom or Yaesu, but if I was in the market for new
gear, I'd begin my search with Kenwood and would only look elsewhere if
Kenwood didn't offer what I was looking for.
