Can't tell you much about the FT-847 operation-wise, except *Don't
turn the tuning dial under the tuning dial or you'll end up way the
hell and gone Gods only know where*! I *can* tell you, however, that
the FT-847 is a *big* radio. You think you'll have trouble putting
your '440 in the camper, you can forget about the FT-847.
