No such totally comprehensive list exists.  Here in the U.S., the streaming
of live commercial radio has become a lot less common than it was a year or
so ago because of various legal issues concerning performance rights and
contractual relations between on-the-air talent, the stations that employ
them, and various Internet outlets that carried the stations audio streams.
