I am a minority-of-one but I feel that one should call CQ on every band
and in every mode.  In fact, when someone gets on the local repeater and
says:  "So-and-so monitoring!", it is all I can do to not hit the PTT and
say:  "So what!" or "Big hairy deal!" or an equivalent.  But I don't!
